How Our Glasses Are Made
Customization of Your Glass
The glass featured above is our “HANNAH” Wine Glass. You will also be able to customize your glasses too by changing the color of the gown, skin color/complexion, hair and eye color too to make a truly individual, awesome and beautiful token of appreciation to your Mothers of the Bride, Matron of Honor, Bridesmaid, Family, Friends and so much more!
Please select your glitter color from the sample attached and a photograph of your complexion and color of eyes and hair so we can match it for you.
For all other customizable items, there is only an additional $5.50 per glass.
The cost of one glass (Wine, Champagne or Flute) is as follows: -
1-4 Glasses $30 USD each

Approval of Finished Item
I will manufacture a sample and send you a photograph for approval. Once your approval has been given, then I will organize for the packing and shipping of your beautiful glass!

Packaging
All items are carefully handled and packed with protective wrapping paper, bubble wrap and peanut packing material to ensure its safety in transit. However, accidents do happen, so, if unfortunately, your item arrives damaged, then contact me ASAP, provide a photograph of the damaged item and I will gladly replace the item for you. All you will need to do is pay for the shipping.
Shipping:
Shipping and Packaging is charged at $10 per item and has been added to your purchase. Your item will be shipped via tracked USPS Mailing with tracking number and will contact you as soon as it has been shipped.
Please note: We DO NOT ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska.
Care of Glasses
Glasses should only be carefully washed by hand in cold soapy water and dried by leaving to stand upside down. Do not rub glass. Handle with care. Under no circumstances should your glass be placed in a dishwasher. Please

As each glass is specifically designed for you, items CANNOT BE RETURNED if the buyer changes their mind or no longer needs the item and there is no refund available.

How Our Glasses Are Made
- Each glass is hand-painted with non-toxic paint, glitter and sealant to ensure that it remains flake-free and beautifully looking for years!
- All glasses are hand-painted and made to order so each one will be totally unique and original.
- Each glass takes approximately 14 business days to create, design and paint so please allow 21-27 business day for delivery from the time of your order.
- Glasses can be used for drinking wine, water or other beverages
- The paints used in the manufacture of my glasses are non-toxic and of the highest standard
