The Southwest Art Center, Atlanta at 12.00pm

Designers will have the opportunity to preview their collection on the FASHION 4WARDZ CATWALK using our house models aged between 4-16 Years
Designers will have access to the "Designer's Statistics Page" where they will be able to select the models in advance of the show.
Designers will feature on the FASHION 4WARDZ DESIGNERS & SPONSOR/SUPPORTERS WEBPAGES for 12 months - Free of Charge!
Your Business' logo and link featured on the Home Page of the
FASHION 4WARDZ WEBSITE!
And, if you wish to have a Vendors Table,
then DESIGNERS will only pay $25!

DESIGNERS AND VENDOR'S OVERVIEW

DESIGNERS: You will need to arrive at the venue no later than 11.00am for fitting. Models will be supplied by Fashion 4Wardz. Designers will have access to the Designer's Statistics Page to make model selection.
VENDORS: Vendors should arrive to set up at the Southwest Arts Center (Black Box Theater), 915 New Hope Road, Atlanta, GA 30331 no later than 2.00pm pm as the doors will open at 4.00pm. You are more than welcomed to arrive earlier if this suits your requirements.
There is ample free parking spaces in the car park but we strongly suggest that you arrive in good time as there is a major stage production taking place in the Main Theater on the same day.
Your vendor's table/space will have been already allocated to you with your name place holder
All vendors will have allocated a 6' table with two chairs.
You will need to bring your own table covering, table clothes, etc.
There will be limited power sockets for electricity supply so please also feel free to bring a long extension cord with you
You will be permitted to give away "samples" or "tasters" on your table to further invite your new clients to become more familiar with your brand.
We encourage all Vendors to bring along with them any promotional material, give-aways or competition prizes to better promote and highlight your brand! If you wish to run a competition, then please let us know in advance.
All Vendors will be given the opportunity to present their product on the Fashion 4Wardz Catwalk for the duration of approximately 2-minutes.
We will be doing a raffle and we would ask for all Vendors to donate a gift for the raffle. We will promote your brand's inclusion in the raffle throughout the event so this is also a great way to promote your business!
The event will end at approximately 8.30pm - 9.00pm so you are free to start breaking down at 8.30pm. Likewise, you can remain until the end of the show to catch any more customers too!
