Please ensure that you PRINT this Receipt and bring with you to the Casting Call and don't forget to complete the "MODEL'S CASTING CALL AND REGISTRATION FORM" at the bottom of the page
  • All Models wishing to be considered as a Finalist for the FASHION 4WARDZ MODEL OF THE YEAR 2015 COMPETITION will need to audition at our "FASHION 4WARDZ CASTING CALL AUDITION" on Sunday, September 13,  at The Space ATL, 4620 A-South Atlanta Road, Atlanta, GA 30090
  • Casting Call Audition Fee is $5 (Five Dollars only).  More on the door.
  • The Fee is payable as we only want to encourage serious and genuine interest. NO TIME WASTERS! 
  • All Models should wear a plain white T-shirt, jeans/leggings.  Females should be prepared to walk in high heels.  Juniors and Young Models will need to dress age-appropriate.  All models should wear fresh, natural make-up.  No heavy eyeliner, etc.  You will be instantly disqualified. 
  • All Models will be required to demonstrate a "High Fashion" and "Signature Walk" catwalk and undertake a brief interview in the presence of a professional Judges Panel from the world of Fashion, Media and Entertainment.
  • All Models who are successfully selected as a Finalist will be awarded a "GOLD FINALIST INVITATION SLIP"  at the end of the Casting Call Audition and will be required to confirm acceptance within 7 (seven) business days.
  • All successful Models will then we expected to pay their Mandatory Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable  HOLDING FEE of $25 (twenty five dollars only) which will secure your place as a FINALIST 
  • The FINALIST REGISTRATION FEE of $100 (One Hundred Dollars Only) will be due on October 1st, 2015 
  • All Late Fees will incur a $50 Late Registration Fee.

    Please Read Carefully The Information Below In Its Entirety.   Thank you.
    • The "FASHION 4WARDZ MODEL OF THE YEAR 2015 COMPETITION" is open to male & female models between the ages of       
    • Junior Model Division: 6-10 years
    • Young Model Division: 11-16 years
    • Senior Model Division: 17-30 years
    • and
    • Senior Plus Division: 31-50 years

    • All Models wishing to be considered as a Finalist for the FASHION 4WARDZ MODEL OF THE YEAR 2015 COMPETITION will need to attend one of our "FASHION 4WARDZ CASTING CALL" and pay the Preliminaries Registration Fee of only $5 (Five Dollars only - Using the PayPal Payment Method Below) and $10 on the door.  
    • All Models aged 18 years and under will be required to obtain parental permission before applying for casting.
    • All Models aged 18 years and under will be required to be accompanied to the Casting Call by the consenting Parent/Guardian.
    • All Models aged 18 years and under will need to have Parent/Guardian on the premises at all times.
    • Models will need to wear a PLAIN T-SHIRT (no logos, etc.,) Jeans/Leggings.  
    • Please note: You audition will be disqualified with you are wearing any other attire!!
    • All Models will be required to demonstrate a "High Fashion" and "Signature Walk" catwalk and undertake a brief interview in the presence of a professional Judges Panel from the world of Fashion, Media and Entertainment.
    • All models should wear fresh, natural make-up.  No heavy eyeliner, etc.  You will be instantly disqualified!
    • Tattoos MUST be covered up!
    • Females aged 16 years and above should be prepared to model in high heels.  
    • Junior and Young Model Entrants will need to dress age-appropriate.
      • All Models that are successfully selected to go forward to the Grand Finals will be handed a GOLD FINALIST INVITATION SLIP.
      • Once you have received your "GOLD FINALIST INVITATION SLIP", then you will need to confirm acceptance within 10 (ten) business days to accept and pay the mandatory non-refundable, non-transferable  FINALIST HOLDING FEE of $25 (Twenty Five Dollars Only) to hold their place as a Finalist. 



      PAYING YOUR FINALIST REGISTRATION FEE
    • AND WHAT'S INCLUDED!

      • If you would like to take up your place as a Finalist then you will also be required to pay and additional FINALIST REGISTRATION FEE of $100 (One Hundred Dollars Only) by Monday, September 14, 2015 
      • (**Thursday, October 1st, 2015 for those Finalists who qualified in the September 13, 2015 Casting Call 4)  
      • Fees received after this date will incur an additional $50 Late Registration Fee.  
      • Failure to pay your Finalist Fee of $100 (One Hundred Dollars Only) will result in your ineligibility to participate as a Finalist. 
      • Your Finalist Registration Fee  includes:
      • Your limited edition "FASHION 4WARDZ 2015 T-SHIRT" which will be worn in the Grand Finals Runway Intro Opening Number! This will be given to you at the FASHION 4WARDZ FASHION CAMP.
      • Your Free Congratulatory Entry into the "FASHION 4WARDZ MODEL OF THE YEAR SOUVENIR PROGRAM" - worth $45
      • 1 x Free Standing Only Ticket for the FASHION 4WARDZ MODEL OF THE YEAR GRAND FINALS EVENT - worth $30
      • Exclusive invitation to the "FASHION 4WARDZ MODEL  CAMP".  All Finalist will be required to attend the Fashion Camp where you will be able to learn all there is about the event schedule, meet all your fellow Finalists,  receive expert training in all aspects of modeling, posing, photography, make-up, stage presentation skills plus hear presentations from key contacts within the Music, Fashion, Modeling and Entertainment industry

      • All Finalists who make it through to the FASHION 4WARDZ MODEL OF THE YEAR GRAND FINALS 2015 will receive a one-third Scholarship worth $2,400 to have the amazing opportunity to attend  FUTURE STAR STUDIO;  a specialized program provided by  The New York Performing Arts Academy specializing in Acting, Modeling, Singing and Dance located in the heart of Manhattan, NY! Your Scholarships will be awarded to you on-stage at the FASHION 4WARDZ GRAND FINALS on Saturday, November 14, 2016.
    PAYMENT INSTALLMENT PLAN AVAILABLE
    A Payment Installment Plan arrangement is available to help spread the cost by arranging for 2 separate installments at a extra charge of $15 per transaction.

    MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL FINALISTS

    TICKET SALES:  It is a MANDATORY REQUIREMENT all Finalists to  sell a minimum of 3 (three) standing only tickets for the event at $20 per ticket totaling $60 (Sixty Dollars) which MUST be purchased and paid for in advance only at the Fashion Camp on  
    Sunday, October 18, 2016.   
    These can be upgraded to seated tickets to seated tickets at an extra rate of $10 per ticket.  Please advise if you wish to do so.  
    If you are not able to sell these tickets then you will be responsible for the $60 amount that selling the tickets would cover.

    AD SALES REQUIREMENTS: It is a MANDATORY REQUIREMENT for each Finalist to sell a minimum of 1/4 page advertising in the "FASHION 4WARDZ MODEL OF THE YEAR SOUVENIR PROGRAM".  
    If you are not able to sell the required advertising space then you will be solely responsible for the $45 amount that selling the ad space would cover.

By submitting the Registration to the FASHION 4WARDZ/ VOCAL ZONES USA and BRE PRODUCTIONS INTERNATIONAL, INC
you are agreeing to the following below:
BRE Productions International, Inc and Fashion 4Wardz, its directors, associates, or any other personnel associated with the organization will not be held responsible for the loss of personal items, injury, theft, or illness. We will have permission to use the photographs taken at any of our events for publicity, promotional and for use on our website, publicity and any other media and promotional material. Judges decisions are final. Any Contestant, relative or guest displaying sportsman-like, crude or unsavory behavior will be disqualified and monies will not be refunded. All use of photography or video filming is prohibited by any person in attendance.  All video and photography will be reproduced in a reputable and discerning and refined manner. All returned checks will incur a $35 fee.  On completing this online Registration, you are agreeing to the regulations and agreement of BRE PRODUCTIONS INTERNATIONAL INC./FASHION 4WARDZ and will do what is necessary to observe our statues.   In the event that this is not adhered to, then, unfortunately, the Finalist will be disqualified and any prizes awarded will be returned forthwith to BRE PRODUCTIONS INTERNATIONAL INC/FASHION 4WARDZ  immediately. You also understand that all Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE should you wish to no longer take part in the Event.Your personal information supplied herein will not be sold, transferred or shared with any outside organization
