PRELIMINARY COMPETITION REGISTRATION & FEES: I agree and understand that I will be required to Register and Pay a non-refundable, non-transferable Preliminaries Fee of $25 (Twenty Five Dollars Only) via the Fashion 4Wardz website to take part in the "FASHION 4WARDZ PRELIMINARY COMPETITION" (date, time and venue to be supplied upon registration). I understand that I will need to demonstrate a “High Fashion”, “Signature” Catwalk and also undertake a brief interview with the panel of professional judges and that, if I am selected, then I will be given a GOLD FINALIST INVITATION SLIP by the Judges Panel and have a maximum of 5 (five) days to accept. I further understand that I will be required to pay the FINALIST REGISTRATION FEE of $150 (One Hundred & Fifty Dollars) as stated on the Gold Finalist Invitation Slip within 14 (fourteen) days of acceptance to secure your spot and allow us to commence our advertising campaigns. I also understand that Fees paid after this date will incur an additional late fee of $50 (Fifty Dollars Only). *

By submitting the Registration to the FASHION 4WARDZ/ VOCAL ZONES USA and BRE PRODUCTIONS INTERNATIONAL, INC
you are agreeing to the following below:
BRE Productions International, Inc and Fashion 4Wardz, its directors, associates, or any other personnel associated with the organization will not be held responsible for the loss of personal items, injury, theft, or illness. We will have permission to use the photographs taken at any of our events for publicity, promotional and for use on our website, publicity and any other media and promotional material. Judges decisions are final. Any Contestant, relative or guest displaying sportsman-like, crude or unsavory behavior will be disqualified and monies will not be refunded. All use of photography or video filming is prohibited by any person in attendance. All video and photography will be reproduced in a reputable and discerning and refined manner. All returned checks will incur a $35 fee. On completing this online Registration, you are agreeing to the regulations and agreement of BRE PRODUCTIONS INTERNATIONAL INC./FASHION 4WARDZ and will do what is necessary to observe our statues. In the event that this is not adhered to, then, unfortunately, the Finalist will be disqualified and any prizes awarded will be returned forthwith to BRE PRODUCTIONS INTERNATIONAL INC/FASHION 4WARDZ immediately. You also understand that all Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE should you wish to no longer take part in the Event.Your personal information supplied herein will not be sold, transferred or shared with any outside organization
